Lifetime Limited Warranty
Redi-Edge® warrants to the original owner that the knife sharpener will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will without charge, repair or replace at Redi-Edge®’s option, any knife sharpener returned for Warranty work and found to be defective by Redi-Edge®. The knife sharpener must be shipped by owner prepaid, together with a description of the problem and any satisfactory proof of the original date of purchase from a retail dealer.
What is covered?
This Warranty covers replacement parts and labor. The guarantee covers the failure of any component which has been subjected to normal wear and tear (Blades, Sharpener Body,etc.).
What is not covered?
This Warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by neglect, misuse or shipping costs for returned knife sharpeners.
Repair or replacement as provided under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Redi-Edge® shall not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages or breach of implied Warranty on this product, including any damage to person or property. Redi-Edge®’s liability under any circumstances is limited to the purchase price. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This knife sharpener has only one use, as a sharpening tool. Redi-Edge® knife sharpeners carry no warranty except as expressly contained herein.
